Full payment will secures your place on the workshop of your choice.
Places are ‘strictly subject to availability’.
If you book and your date is unavailable, we will offer you a place on another date or give a refund.
Cancellation charges apply as outlined below:
More than 6 weeks before the event : 20%
More than 2 weeks before the event : 50%
Less than 2 weeks before the event : 100%
If we cancel a date, you’ll receive a full refund or exchange
to another available workshop date of your choice.
All bookings will be accepted on a strictly-chronological basis.

CHEESE MAKING WORKSHOPS
Would you like to make your own tasty vegan cheese?
If so, why not come and find out how to do so
in our home kitchen and learn techniques
that enable you to make vegan cheese at home.
You will make some cooked and food-processed
vegan cheeses & there will be soya milk-, nut- or
tofu-based cheeses. Once you’ve developed techniques,
we will experiment by creating new flavours.
Lunch is included and will be ‘cheesy’ using
some of the cheese that we make in the morning!
There will be no more than four participants
and you will take home a selection of the
cheeses that you have made yourself,
together with the knowledge and confidence
to continue your newly-learned skills at home.
The cost of the workshop is £75 per person,
which includes lunch, all ingredients and
some cheeses to take home and enjoy.
