TERMS OF BOOKING:


Full payment will secures your place on the workshop of your choice.

Places are ‘strictly subject to availability’.

If you book and your date is unavailable, we will offer you a place on another date or give a refund.



Cancellation charges:



Cancellation charges apply as outlined below:



More than 6 weeks before the event : 20%


More than 2 weeks before the event : 50%


Less than 2 weeks before the event : 100%



If we cancel a date, you’ll receive a full refund or exchange

to another available workshop date of your choice.


All bookings will be accepted on a strictly-chronological basis.


We will e-mail you confirmation of your order.

RECEIVED YOUR ACTUAL CONFIRMATION.

If you can get together a group of 2, 3 or 4 people

please e-mail us with suggested days you are available

and we’ll see whether one of them can be accommodated.



PAYMENT:



We accept payment by BACS / Internet banking, cheque, or you may pay cash directly into our HSBC account. We can send you a Pro-Forma invoice in advance if you wish.

posted to our Rugby address below.

Attendees are asked to arrive by 9.45am, with a view

to starting at 10am. We aim to finish around 3.30 - 4.00pm.
